Include a text message giving your first and last name and stating that you agree with the terms of the podcast standard agreement.
Once your podcast standard agreement with your name and signature has been has been received by the podcast host, Madeira Desouza, at that point your interview is eligible for being included in a podcast episode.
Text of Podcast Standard Release Agreement
|STANDARD RELEASE AGREEMENT|
This Standard Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on __________________ by and between “Taboo Truths and Tales” Podcast” (“Company”), and _________________ (“Interviewee”). Interview. Company is conducting an interview with Interviewee to discuss cannabis-related topics. The interview will take place _________________ (the “Interview”).
Use of Interview. Interviewee authorizes Company to use the Interview in its entirety or in part, including Interviewee’s name and likeness, on Company’s website, https://tabootruthsandtales.net and Interviewee agrees that Company may edit and make derivative works of the Interview as it sees fit, and that Company shall own all rights in the Interview and any such derivative works. No Financial Compensation. Interviewee agrees that they will not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of the Interview or any derivatives of the Interview by Company. Interviewee acknowledges that the Interview is being provided voluntarily and that they have not been coerced in any way to participate in the Interview.
Release. Interviewee hereby releases Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, expenses, and causes of action arising out of or related to the Interview or any derivative works, including without limitation any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity or copyright.
Representations and Warranties. Interviewee represents and warrants that they have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and that they have not granted any rights or licenses in the Interview or any derivative works to any third party that would conflict with the rights granted to Company under this Agreement.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Release Agreement as of the date first above written.
